Our Mission
CUMAnet is a full service mortgage provider that is solely owned and operated by credit unions. Our primary objective is to provide our credit union clients with mortgage lending and related services in a professional and fiscally sound manner. CUMAnet serves as the credit union's mortgage department, enhancing the relationship between clients and their members.

Our Specialty
We combine the most advanced technology available for home financing with individualized service that your members expect from their credit union. Using our convenient remote computer financial services, your members can conduct appointments with a mortgage representative from their home, office or anywhere in between.

Furthermore, an optional computer link establishes our ability to provide member mortgage account information onto your present operating systems. Each member can then conduct routine mortgage transactions directly at your credit union's branch offices.

Some examples of our flexible service options are:

• If you want your existing staff to be the member’s primary contact regarding home loans but need us to help with the processing and underwriting functions, we can do that.

• You may wish to have your members call us directly for their home loan inquiries. If so, the phone is answered in your credit union’s name and our call center is staffed by experienced, credit union trained, non-commissioned home finance consultants from 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturdays (Eastern Time).

• If you simply need transparent servicing of your exhibiting home loan portfolio we can accommodate that as well and, again, you will enjoy the benefits of life-of-loan servicing in your credit union’s name.

We service credit unions exclusively and we will work with you to build a home loan program from the ground up or one that compliments your existing lending department’s staff, systems and expertise.

We are not affiliated with any bank, mortgage company or broker. We promote only your credit union’s products and services to your members. We never sell your member’s information to outside entities that will cross-sell them services by other companies.
