Plus, there is never a cost to your members for this fantastic on-line resource; even Home Purchase Pre-Approval letters are free and available to members 24/7.

§        We have created our own Secondary Market for Mortgage Loans within our alliance of member credit unions. With CUMAnet’s Multi-Partner Real Estate Loan Participation Program we can expand the menu of home loan programs you can offer while, at the same time minimizing your risk. This unique program keeps mortgage and home equity dollars within the credit union community as opposed to helping finance outside investors such as banks and mortgage companies.
