CUMAnet is a 100% Credit Union Owned & Operated mortgage and home equity CUSO serving the credit union community exclusively nationwide since 1995. We provide fully customizable home loan services; all inclusive or segmented to meet your specific needs. Whether you hold or sell loans each will be serviced in the credit union’s name for the life of the loan! Transparent servicing for your existing portfolio (including nationwide escrow account maintenance as needed) is also available. By helping you to offer home loans to your members we help you build and retain your membership!

Our Specialty

§        CUMAnet is committed to helping you build and retain your membership by giving you the opportunity to become your members’ best source for home loans. We will help you provide Mortgage Loans, Second Mortgages and Home Equity Loans to members and their families nationwide! You can choose to have us assist you in offering all three home loan types or just one.  

§        We always service each loan in your CU's name for the life of the loan – that includes all loans we help you provide to your members whether you choose to hold the loan in portfolio or sell it.

§        One of CUMAnet’s many special services is a free Loan Health Check Up. Your members receive guidance from our non-commissioned unbiased Home Finance Consultants who have only the member’s best interests in mind. We conduct all interactions with your members in your credit union’s name. This is just one of the ways that CUMAnet, LLC stands head and shoulders above the rest!

§        CUMAnet does not charge you or your members for the on-line resources we provide! Our innovative and user friendly Mortgagebot™ On-Line Application and Real Estate Resource Web center is customized to match the look and feel of your credit union’s own web site – with none of the upfront and on-going monthly maintenance fees charged by our competitors! Plus, there is never a cost to your members for this fantastic on-line resource; even Home Purchase Pre-Approval letters are free and available to members 24/7.

§        We have created our own Secondary Market for Mortgage Loans within our alliance of member credit unions. With CUMAnet’s Multi-Partner Real Estate Loan Participation Program we can expand the menu of home loan programs you can offer while, at the same time minimizing your risk. This unique program keeps mortgage and home equity dollars within the credit union community as opposed to helping finance outside investors such as banks and mortgage companies.

§        CUMAnet supports all of your member relationship initiatives by cross-selling only YOUR products and services to your members; we never sell member data to other parties.
